My Path to Yoga
My yoga story began quite unspectacularly - with a yoga class that my husband gave me for Christmas because I had been talking about trying yoga for a long time. From the very first class, I had a lot of fun and was full of energy.
I also managed to get my 78-year-old mother-in-law interested in yoga. Since then, she has been telling everyone how much better she feels since her first yoga class. Her flexibility has improved and even her blood pressure has dropped.
Her enthusiasm finally inspired me to start training as a yoga therapist. Before that, I always thought that yoga was only for particularly flexible people. But after just a few months, I felt the positive changes on a physical, mental and spiritual level.
I now want to share this valuable experience with others. Anyone - regardless of age - can start doing yoga. I look at my mother-in-law with great gratitude and respect, who showed me that it is never too late for anyone.
I would also like to thank my husband, who always supports me and is still at my side, as well as my inspiring yoga teacher Gisela Stauber, who encouraged me to train and was always there to help and advise me.
"Everyone starts where he is and what happens, happens..."

Viniyoga
Was ist Viniyoga ?

grounding and stability
Inner Peace through Yoga
In a hectic world, grounding and stability are crucial to maintaining balance and calm. Grounding connects us to the earth and helps reduce stress. Stability gives us the inner strength to overcome challenges.
Yoga supports these qualities through:
- Physical grounding: Asanas such as the mountain pose (Tadasana) or the tree pose (Vrksasana) promote balance and a stable foundation.
- Mental grounding: breathing exercises and meditation calm the mind and strengthen concentration.
- Emotional stability: Yoga helps you to stay centered, independent of external influences.
Grounding and stability are the basis for a balanced life. Through yoga you can build inner strength and approach challenges calmly.
